Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Whatever Puerto Rico (“Promoter”) invites you to participate in one (1) sweepstake for a three (3) night stay for two (2) people at Coquí Del Mar Guest House (“Sweepstake”). Every participant must comply with the following rules.
1. Duration. The Sweepstake shall begin on 30 October 2019 at 12:00 PM AST and end on 6 November 2019 at 11:59 PM AST (“Sweepstake Period”).

2. Eligibility Requirements. Any person of twenty-one (21) years of age or older may participate in the Sweepstake with the exception of employees and family members of the Promoter and those of their advertising, public relations and/or promotion agencies that have participated in any stage of the Sweepstake.
3. Participation Method. No purchase or payment is required to participate in the Sweepstake and win the prize. To participate, people must have an account on the Instagram social media platform (“Instagram”) and comply with the following: (i) “Like” a photo of Coquí Del Mar Guest House published by the Promoter on its Instagram account (@whateverpuertorico) during the Sweepstake Period; (ii) Comment on the photo by “tagging” one or more of your friends; and (iii) “follow” the Instagram account of the Promoter (@whateverpuertorico) and Coquí Del Mar Guest House (@coquidelmarguesthouse). You don't have to visit an establishment to participate. Only one entry per participant. Liking and commenting on more than one post will not increase the chances of winning the prize. This Sweepstakes is not managed or sponsored in any way by Instagram. By participating in this Sweepstakes, any participant acknowledges and agrees voluntarily, to relieve and completely exempt Instagram from any related claims about this Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Prize. The winner of the Sweepstake will receive a three (3) night stay for two (2) people in a studio room of Coquí Del Mar Guest House. The prize may be used at any time until December 1, 2020 with the exception of the period from December 20, 2019 to January 5, 2020. The prize is not transferable to another person and may only be used for 3 consecutive nights. No credit, cash or refund will be provided if the winner doesn’t use the prize as specified herein. The winner will be responsible for any tax or contribution attributable to the prize of this Sweepstake by the Government of Puerto Rico or any other governmental entity.
5. Selection of the Winner and Prize Claim Period. The selection of the winner will be determined on 7 of November 2019 at the Promoter's offices. The selection will be done through an electronic raffle program that will randomly select one (1) winner and one (1) alternate winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of participants. The presence of the participants is not required. The winner of the Sweepstake will be initially notified via private message through the Instagram platform and will have five (5) calendar days to answer their acceptance of the prize and provide additional contact info requested by the Promoter. If the winner doesn’t accept the prize or answer within the five (5) calendar day period, or has been disqualified to win the prize, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner who will be notified via private message through the Instagram platform and be subject to accepting the prize within the five (5) calendar day period. The winner of the Sweepstakes will have thirty (30) calendar days as of the day of acceptance of the prize to collect the prize at the Promoter's offices. The delivery of the prize is conditioned on the winner (i) previously coordinating with the Promoter the day and time of collection of the prize, (ii) provide a copy of the notification sent by message and present a valid picture ID confirming their identity and age issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the Government of the United States of America that is in effect at the time of claiming the prize, (iii) sign a release exempting the Promoter from any responsibility and (iv) authorize the Promoter to use your name and photo in any publication done on the Promoter’s social networks and website.
6. Promoter. The Sweepstake is sponsored by the Promoter, ZIPPI PR LLC DBA WHATEVER PUERTO RICO. 7. Release. By participating, the participants accept that the Promoter and other entities related to this Sweepstake, will not have any responsibility for (a) the entries that have been lost, have insufficient postage, have been stolen, are illegible, are incomplete (or poorly completed) ), delayed or destroyed (which includes in the case of online participation, the result of the website failure or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or inappropriate use of the prize, or (c) damage to any property or, except where prohibited by law, personal injury attributable in any way to this Sweepstakes or the prize (which includes, in the case of online participation, injury or damage to any network or telephone lines, online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from the download of any material from the Sweepstakes website.
8. General Terms. The Promoter reserves the absolute right to cancel or change the rules and/or dates of the Sweepstake in accordance with applicable local and federal laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is valid only in Puerto Rico. It is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
